We offer worldwide shipping available for all orders.
Free International Shipping for orders above 1200AED.
Shipping within the UAE is free. 
After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 6-10 days for international shipments and 4-6 days for local deliveries.
Duty & Tax - Custom Duties and/or VAT may apply based on Customs & Duties applicable at the destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
Aqui is not responsible for any local or international customs or duty charges that may be applicable on the shipment.

We accept return/exchange of all clothing items.
Crystal necklaces cannot be exchanged or returned.
We do free returns for our UAE clients.
For international shipments the customer will be responsible for the cost of the shipment of both return and exchange items.

You have 7 days to request a return after the item was delivered.
Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.
Once an item is well received, a refund will be initiated and should be reflected within a week from return date.
Returns/exchange will only be accepted if the item is in its original form, unworn, unwashed with all tags undamaged and attached, no hair/stains/odors.
We reserve the right to return the items if they do not adhere to the above requirements and the cost of returning the shipment will be born by the customer.

To initiate a return/exchange, please email us at info@wearaqui.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will provide the return details, within 7 days of receiving your package.
If the requested size is not available, we can offer credit that can be used on our website.
Once you have received the email confirmation that we have received your request, please follow the below exchange/return instructions:
For an exchange, you need to return the original item purchased and proceed making a new purchase on our website.
For a return, we will send you a shipping return form via email and you will need to contact the shipping company to arrange the collection and the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the items.

 

Please note that items purchased on sale will be final and are not eligible for return/exchange.
